Based on the famed “Source One” frame, this drone’s design is meant to be scalable, meaning that initially, you have a fully-functioning drone, able to fly with your radio and LIPO. But at first at least, no FPV (& therefore no camera), no GPS, no “frills” like running LEDs, buzzers, etc.
Instead, here’s an awesome 5″ drone, bare-bones, but with PREMIUM components that it DOES have:
- A strong, well-received frame in the Source One
- A solid Mamba stack: 405 MK2
- Motors you ask? How about iFlight XING-E 2208 2-6s FPV motors
- Props? The latest HQ Prop 5×4.3.3 V1S Tri-Blade 5″ Prop 4-pack
How’s that for an impressive start to what could be a top-performing FPV juggernaut!
And you don’t have to do ANY of that soldering work: the motors, ESCs, power, etc. So if you decide to build the rest yourself, it’s very straightforward! We’ll even help by suggesting the best additional parts to complete the FPV!
If you’re a beginner, or an experienced pilot looking to try something NEW & innovative, at a very reasonable price, then this is for you! Why add all the bells & whistles right away? Start flying immediately with limited exposure price-wise. Add a radio and LIPO and you’re flying.
